Pete and I had a great time over last weekend, thank you so much for inviting the Mercury Phoenix Trust to Steampunk. Such a lovely bunch of people and so talented, the costumes were amazing and very entertaining . It was good to talk to a different group of people about the Trust as awareness is the key to the never ending fight against HIV/AIDS.
We could have spent a lot more than we did but we do have a beautiful clock to remind us of our weekend and plenty of preserves to keep us going.

Just to let you know that Yorkshire Cat Rescue raised a total of £749.46, of that £201 was from the tombola. And from what I have heard, all the volunteers had a great time and really enjoyed it!

Thanks so much, the overall total raised was £172.75 which we’re really pleased about, especially since we didn’t quite have enough volunteers to cover the whole weekend. Please pass on our sincere thanks to everyone who was involved in raising these funds.

Thanks for having us, we loved mingling and chatting to the 'punkers. Our members who saw your set up for the first time were most impressed and we took just over TWO HUNDRED pounds in donations and tombola. We also got some great ideas for your event in July...not least of all how to run the tea room! Thank you once again for your support and the generosity of your traders in their donations.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to those traders who have donated prizes to my stall. It is very much appreciated. If you have yet to donate, whether goods or a voucher, don’t forget to include a business card so the lucky winners can see where their winnings came from.

Thank you sooo much to each and everyone of you that parcipated in this weekend’s fundraising tombola for my chosen mental health charity Touchstone Support (I know I met lots of you there ☺️. A massive thank you for all the generous donations towards tombola and all the amazing prizes. Lots of happy and surprised faces of our winners and so lovely to see their joy as they left with your fab pieces of work.
Thank you to all the visitors who contributed too.
I raised £116 from everyone’s kind gestures this weekend and have put 15% of my sales rounded up to £120 onto my virgin giving fundraising website for the charity, as part of my events taking place this and next week.
So there is a target I’ve set of £250 and currently it stands at £166 with my instagram event welcome to have a nosey if interested! It’s a great cause for our local and regional community in need so its very much appreciated. A big thanks to Fran and Lauren from Touchstone who were helping me today too. Teamwork was fab.
Lovely meeting you all
Best

Would just like to say a massive thank you to the traders for their donations towards our charity tombola. Those who won them were really pleased. There were a few un-won prizes left but we will save them for future events over the summer. Humongous thank you to Jo and BSM for inviting us to be the charity stall. I’ve just got in and am having a well earned cup of tea so haven’t totted up yet but will let Jo know what we raised soon. Kind regards,
Helen, on behalf of Roleystone Horse and Pony Sanctuary.

The shop team have told me that they sold £91 worth of tombola tickets over the two days. However, they also expect that the supporters who signed up to the lottery with the canvassers at the fair, will generate over £1,800 in lottery donations over the lifetime they play the lottery.
Many thanks for your support. Kind regards,
Ross Wiggan, UK Lottery manager. Sue Ryder.
